Design Notes
IFP2 was fused to the N or C terminal of the CpxR. A flexible linker was used to fuse both proteins. WARNING: It is also to be noted that basic parts are submitted with a start codon and a stop codon. To make a composite part, START and STOP codons of the basics parts may have been removed, as we only want a START codon at the beginning of a cds and a STOP codon at the end of a cds. You should consider it when looking at the part sequence.
